Asset Usage Report

Asset usage report gives an overview of where and how many times an asset is scheduled in an hour, a day, a week, a month, or in a week. This information helps you to ensure that assets are being used in compliance with licensing agreements, legal requirements, and usage policies.

Amagi Planner allows schedulers to create and download asset usage reports for any asset.

To generate an asset usage report,

1. Go to the CONTENT MANAGER. Select the asset for which the usage report is to be downloaded.

   You can generate and download usage reports for assets and not collection

   
   
2. The Asset Details widget pops up. Navigate to the Usage tab to see the detailed report on the usage of the asset for the given time period and selected channel.
3. Choose All Channels in the Channels list (selected by default) to see the occurrence report for all the available channels.
4. Set the Date and select Channels to view the usage of the asset for specific channels and for different periods of time.
5. Click on the link, DOWNLOAD REPORT, to download the report.
6. The report shows details of the Total Occurrences of an asset for the chosen period and MAX OCCURRENCES of an asset for every HOUR, DAY, WEEK, MONTH, and YEAR.
