Schedule reports provide a consolidated view of scheduling data over a specific time period. You can share schedule reports with team members, stakeholders, and clients to keep them informed about upcoming events, broadcasts, or campaigns.
In Amagi Planner, you can generate reports and take a detailed view of schedules for different time intervals.
In this article, you will learn to generate and download Schedule reports.
To download schedule reports,
- Navigate to the top-right corner of the Amagi PLANNER application. Click on the dropdown next to the Download icon.
- In the Download Report widget, enter the start and end dates and click the DOWNLOAD button to download the report.
Note Reports are downloaded in the background. You can resume interacting with the application.
- The schedule report is downloaded in the form of a spreadsheet as shown below. The report contains two sheets - Scheduling report and Avails.
- In the sheet titled Scheduling report, you can see the details of schedules like Start time, Duration, Offset, Asset id and occurrence details.
- In the sheet titled Avails, you can see the details of metadata of the titles and rights information such as license and frequency rights.
