In Amagi Planner, the progress bars in both Week View and Day View modes provide at-a-glance insights into the scheduling coverage of media segments and ad breaks for the selected time period. These progress bars visually represent the percentage of hours that have been scheduled.
By understanding the percentage of hours scheduled you can assess available time and optimise your scheduling activities.
Week View
In the Week View, you can use the progress bar to get an overview of the program coverage for the entire week. 
When you hover the mouse over the progress bar, you can see the number of days and hours worth of broadcast time available for scheduling in the selected week. 
Day View
In the Day View, you can use the progress bar to understand the scheduling coverage for the selected day. This bar helps you understand how the media files and ad breaks are distributed across the day. 
When you hover the mouse over the progress bar, you can see the number of hours worth of broadcast time available for scheduling on the selected day.
