How to see where and how many times my asset is scheduled in a month/week
To check where and how many times a particular asset is scheduled in the calendar:
From the CONTENT MANAGER pane, locate the required asset, and click the asset title.
In the Asset Details window, click the Usage tab to view the scheduling details of the asset.
Filter by the date and the channel name for which you want to see the usage details.
For example, if you want to see the usage report for the month of December 2022 for the channel named Arrow TV, choose the date as Dec, 2022, and the channel name as Arrow TV.
Note:
You can filter the date by a specific day, entire week, entire month or the entire year. All you need to do is click on the Date field, and choose the required option.
If you want to see the usage details for the asset for all the available channels, choose All Channels in the Channels list (selected by default).
You can also view the total occurrence count of the asset (number of times the asset is scheduled in the calendar) for the chosen date and channel(s).
Under MAX OCCURRENCES section, you can view the scheduling details such as the date and time at which the asset is scheduled and the name of the channel for which the schedule is created.
You can also download the usage report in CSV format for the chosen month and channel by clicking the DOWNLOAD REPORT link. The scheduling details available in the tabular format in the Usage tab will be downloaded in CSV format.
How can I share the scheduling report?
Once the scheduling is done, you can download the detailed scheduling report and share it.
To download the report for the date range chosen in the week view of the PLANNER application:
Ensure that the date range available in the week view matches the date range for which you need the report.
Click the Download icon to directly download the report for the chosen date range.
The report for the chosen date range will be downloaded to your system in CSV format. You can then share this with your teammates.
To download the scheduling report for a specific time period:
Click the down arrow adjacent to the Download icon.
In the Download Report pop up, the date range selected in the week view are displayed in the Start Date and End Date fields by default.
Modify the start and end dates based on the duration for which the report needs to be generated.
Click DOWNLOAD to download the report for the chosen time period in CSV format.
The downloaded report contains details such as the asset id, scheduled start date and time, and the name of the channel for which the schedule is created.
