Resolve overlap conflict

Conflicts may be encountered while attempting to schedule a new program in the existing program lineup. Amagi Planner detects such conflicts and resolves them based on the input provided by the scheduler.

Amagi Planner displays an overlap warning and provides options to resolve the conflict.

Let us understand more about these options:

1. Shift schedule till the end of all broadcast days - The program you are trying to schedule shifts the previously scheduled program down. All the subsequent scheduled programs are shifted until the end of the schedule.
2. Shift schedule till the end of the selected broadcast day - The program you are trying to schedule shifts the previously scheduled program down. All the subsequent scheduled programs are shifted down till the end of the broadcast day. The last program in the schedule is cropped at the end of the broadcast day if its duration is greater than the time left on the broadcast day.
3. Replace the existing schedule with the new program - The program you are trying to schedule replaces the previously scheduled program that is overlapping.
